The wine cellar looks as if it came right out of Tuscany with its authentic stucco walls and cast stone base and crown moldings. The wrought iron gates and entry door were from the original house. Also preserved, restored and recycled from the original house are the wrought iron chandelier and sconces in the wine tasting room. The cabinets are from Bella Cucina, but the wine tasting table was made on site. The centerpiece of the cellar can be seen through the etched glass door. It is an antique pine cabinet appropriately rumored to have once been a confessional. The capacity of the temperature and humidity controlled cellar is approximately 1500 bottles. The wine racks are also made of pine and the dividing pilasters are adorned with hand carved grape clusters. |
